Abstract
A lot of research in Total Quality Management focuses on industrial organizations no much research have been done in small service organizations. This paper tries to investigate the role of Total Quality Management in small service organization using the case study method. The findings support that the increasing acceptance of the TQM being an important factor for improving, growth and success.
