Title: “PsychoBioDynamic Management: A New Era for Business World”
Abstract
Existing managerial theories, Classical, Neo-classical and Modern Management, have been applied to businesses and organizations aiming to improve personnel’s performance in terms of productivity and effectiveness. Literature has shown that, while some businesses have benefited from their application others did not. This paper shows the need for the adoption of a new management approach, which, among other concepts, focuses on the role and the factors affecting employees’ job satisfaction. The paper concludes that emotional intelligence competencies, Empathy, Social Skills, and Lifestyle contribute to effective human resources management, through employees’ job satisfaction, and finally to personnel’s performance.
