Title: The evolution of 5-star hotel units in Greece during the period 2014 - 2018: The cases of the Ionian Islands and Central Macedonia Regions.

Abstract

This work refers to the development of 5 Star hotel units, which have been operating in Greece for the last 5 years (2014-2018), making particular reference to those operating in the Regions of the Ionian Islands and Central Macedonia. The purpose of the research is to identify possible problems observed and prevent the development of such units in these two Regions.
