Title: Consumers’ attitude for production and introduction of new dairy products by goats in the market of Epirus region

Abstract

One of the most productive sectors with significant bloom in the Greek market is the dairy industry. Even if the dairy sector has also affected by the Greek economic crisis, the expected growth is anticipated to be higher. Subsequently, the development of a ‘‘new’’ product and its introduction into the food market is a demanding project. This paper aims to highlight the factors driving consumers' behaviour towards goat’s milk products among consumers in the Epirus region of Greece. The data collected through questionnaires. The sample consisted of 506 people, women, and men that live at Epirus.
