Title: Determinants of IPOs Involuntary Delisting in Athens Stock Exchange

Abstract

I examine the incidence of IPO involuntary delisting in Athens Stock Exchange. Specifically, I examine the IPOs for the period 1996-2006 and their subsequent propability to be delisted. Using a binary logit model I examine the relevance of accounting information in the propability of being involuntary delisted.
