The Hellenic Open University stands as the singular institution in Greece dedicated to offering both undergraduate and postgraduate programs within the realm of Open and Distance Education. With a faculty roster exceeding 2,500 permanent and associate professors, it holds a unique position in Greek higher education. This research delves into the perspectives and stances of educators regarding Advisory Group Meetings, pivotal sessions bridging theoretical concepts and student-teacher interactions. Through the quantitative scrutiny of 425 responses to a meticulously crafted questionnaire, this study unveils significant insights into these meetings. Parameters such as frequency, student engagement, instructional methodologies, and constructive feedback are dissected, aiming to propel the enhancement of these indispensable services.
