• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point Times New Roman font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• The text has a maximum length of 30 pages, all inclusive.
• The submission includes a cover page with the following information:
  1. Title
  2. Authors’ full name, affiliation, address, phone number and email-address
  3. Abstract (no more than 200 words)
  4. Keywords (up to 5)
  5. JEL classification codes.

The submitted papers must meet the following requirements:

• be original,
• be written in English,
• the text should be single-spaced; using a 12-point Times New Roman font; employ italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end, and have a maximum length of 30 pages, all inclusive,
• include the following information in the 1st page:

1. Title
